What to do if you lose access to the Google Authenticator app?
If you lose access to Google Authenticator, you will need to verify your identity.
The identity verification process must be completed in the Sumsub application, which you can access via the link below:
During the verification process, you will be asked to show your face and take a photo of your identity document. It is important to use the same document that was used to verify your account on zondacrypto.
Once the identity verification is complete, a confirmation message will appear on your screen:
After completing the process, please contact us at [email protected]. In your email, let us know that your verification process in the Sumsub application was successful.
If you received a notification about your account being blocked, follow the same steps as above.
