Our mission is to make crypto accessible for everyone. However, we are also a regulated and licenced exchange, aiming to operate responsibly. That is why we carefully consider guidance from both national and international regulatory bodies, adhere to relevant international sanctions, and respect the unique nature of crypto regulations in different regions.

Due to these factors, we're unable to serve residents from certain countries as clients. For more details, please refer to the information below.

1. Currently, we are unable to open or maintain the accounts for citizens and/or residents of Russia, due to a prohibition in the EU 8th sanctions package, reinforced in the 12th sanctions package.
